Put AI and Digital Health to Work on Real Business Problems
Artificial intelligence creates enormous opportunity, but adding technology without a clear operating case can create just as much complexity.
BMkt+ helps healthcare and technology organizations identify practical applications for AI, automation, digital health, and emerging technologies, then connect those capabilities to measurable business, operational, and patient-care objectives.
Problems We Solve
Leadership unsure where AI actually creates value. Manual processes consuming staff capacity. Disconnected patient technologies. Digital tools that do not integrate with existing workflows and harm patient outcomes and experience. Innovation initiatives without a clear economic or operating case.
1
AI Strategy & Opportunity Assessment
We identify where AI, machine learning, automation, and emerging technology can improve efficiency, decision-making, customer experience, workflow, or scalability.
2
Workflow Automation & Process Intelligence
We evaluate repetitive, manual, and data-intensive workflows and determine where automation can reduce administrative burden and improve organizational capacity.
3
Digital Health
Strategy
We advise healthcare organizations evaluating patient applications, digital engagement tools, remote health technologies, portals, interoperability, and other digital-health capabilities.
4
Technology Evaluation & Implementation Strategy
We help leadership evaluate technologies through the combined lens of business value, integration, workflow, adoption, data requirements, regulatory considerations, and return on investment.
WHY BMkt+
We are interested in AI that solves a problem, not AI for the sake of saying the organization uses AI. Our work begins with operations, economics, workflow, and outcomes, and only then determines where technology belongs. Then we build the app solutions that solve the need.

Evaluating AI applications & Digital Health Through the Business Case First
the challenge
what we did
the result
A healthcare organization was evaluating new digital-health capabilities that could connect patient-generated information, laboratory results, clinical systems, and physician workflows. The technology was compelling, but the larger questions remained: Would people use it? Could the systems exchange the necessary data? Would it improve the patient or physician experience? And was there a sustainable economic case?
Rather than begin with the technology, we evaluated the underlying use cases. We examined patient value, physician workflow, interoperability with existing LIS and EMR platforms, data ownership, integration requirements, privacy considerations, implementation demands, and potential business models. The same framework can be applied to AI, automation, and other emerging technologies.
Leadership gained a structured way to distinguish interesting technology from technology capable of creating meaningful operational, clinical, or financial value. Investment decisions could then be based on measurable use cases rather than simply on the momentum surrounding a new technology.
CASE STUDY TAKEAWAY
We do not start by asking, "Where can we use AI?" We start by asking, "What problem is worth solving?" Then we determine whether AI or another technology is the right tool.

WHEN THE NEXT DECISION MATTERS, EXPERIENCE MATTERS.
If you are evaluating AI, automation, digital health, or emerging technology, let’s start with the business problem and determine where technology can create meaningful value.
Tell us what you are working through. We'll start there. A focused conversation with experienced operators can be helpful. No predetermined solution and no obligation.
